Please note Minor Cosmetic imperfections may be present due to being an open box item.

Open Box Products

Unless otherwise stated, our products are sold as Open Box ,like new, Used, Display items.

All products are thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure they are fully functional before sale.

Warranty Coverage

Every purchase includes a 45-Day Limited Warranty covering mechanical or electrical defects under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damage or scratches
  
• Commercial use
  
• Accidental damage after delivery/ pick-up
• Damage caused during transportation after delivery/pick-up

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will review your request and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranties do not apply to products purchased through our store unless specifically stated on the product page.

Extended Warranty

Extended warranty plans (1 to 5 years) may be available for purchase through a third-party provider.contact us for inquieries.
